Football, for me at one time in my life, had become a form of idolatry. Jesus did not have first place. I’d ask God for help in the game of football, but forgot about using that same help in the game of LIFE. You are about to hear the story of a time when I experienced a targeted test that pushed me to my limits, crushed my confidence, mocked my faith… all while challenging me to decide whether or not to prioritize the game I love, or the God I claimed to serve.
